Did you believe in Santa when you didn't know any better? (don't delete - look at the spiritual connection)?

Faith is belief without proof. Without proof one cannot establish fact and without facts then you cannot be said to know anything. Therefore, faith does exist, however if is simply belief in ignorance. You're not crazy for believing, just ignorant. That is why the bible tells you to believe as a child. A child to too ignorant to question what they are being told, even if it is a complete fabrication.
