What are some really awesome not well known horror movies like "martyrs" or "mum & dad", etc?

i have seen all the asian ones like tale of two sisters, blah blah. i need ones from the uk or usa or anywhere else. the descent, eden lake, etc. awesome ones like those. thanks.
