Why is America for hiring so many women?

It could be for many reasons. There could be another guy that is more qualified or you're just unlucky with jobs. I wouldn't blame America for having unfortunate luck with jobs. It took me awhile as well to find one too and my parents also when they moved from Switzerland. They aren't being biased, just looking for the more qualified who's resume suggests they work hard.
