Do those who die of illness go to Jannah?

Wa alaikum salam There is no hadith which claims that a person who died of illness,he/she will be granted to enter heaven(jannah). But I find in the hadith which tells that illness will reduce the sins of related person.Theoritically if the sick person has small sins and he/she has long illness and his/her sins is deducted until he/she has no sins at all so he/she will enter jannah.
