Why do Democrats flush their own down the toilet and play right into the Republicans hands?

They were so much in a hurry to get rid of Anthony Weiner. Meanwhile, Republicans passed key legislation and in New York City Rent Control is about to come to an end. No longer will people have Grandfather Clauses for an apartment. For example an Apartment on Park Avenue and 79th Street was $300 per Month in 1960. Say the lease holder died or moved then their "relative" could claim it and keep the same $300 per Month rent forever. This is wrong and deflates property values. As always Democrats are spineless, gutless and want to appear tough. Vote Republican in the General Election on November 6, 2012. Let's right the Ship and get Republicans back in control.
