The Taliban reprisal offensive is underway - how long before the first American tourists are targeted?

And where will they strike? Europe? South East Asia? After all, soft targets make the most sense in the minds of many terrorists - and Islamic terrorism tends to set up 'heroes' who are, shall we say, intellectually challenged, as its martyrs - so should Americans overseas try to speak with French accents, buy distinctively European clothes and carry copies of Le Monde?
